How do you cut up a Pizza – four pieces, six, eight?  In truth there are an infinite number of ways to cut up a Pizza.  The same is true of the income stream we call a Mortgage note.  There may be others, but I’m going to show you 23 ways that can be used to set you apart from your competition. 

Everybody knows about full purchase or a 48 or 60 month partial, but how about the BALANCE BACK METHOD or my copyrighted “CASH IN A FLASH” idea that guarantees to get you in the note business as an investor.  You could even max a credit card to buy a note with this method and still make a profit! 

As a note broker you will be successful if you can satisfy the needs of the note seller.  By cutting up the Pizza (excuse me I mean the note) so the seller gets the cash he needs, you can position yourself for a nice spread (read this: money in your pocket).  Furthermore, the competition in your town probably has never even thought of these ideas.

I’ll show you how to increase the yield on a note investment by cutting the Payer’s interest rate in return for an increase in his payments.  For you younger people, buying whole notes and retaining some of the back end payments is a great way to build future income.  I’ll show you how.
